I'm wondering if L-glutamine comes in a pill. For some reason anything I take in powder form I seem to react to...including the L-glutamine. I'm wondering if its due to leaky gut...which I'm pretty sure I have. Anyways I want to heal my gut but not with something that causes a reaction.

It does come in a pill, I saw one at Whole Foods the other day when I was buying mine... I happen to get the powder but I saw the pills right next to the powder.
