I am going to Fort Collins, CO this weekend for a wedding. I have some extra time as my husband is the best man and I know absolutly no one else besides the groom and him. Does anyone have any suggestions of any places that my have gluten-free stuff for me to browse while killing time?

Thanks!
NJKen
I know that this response is too late for your weekend in Fort Collins, but for anyone else who is going there:

A couple of months after being diagnosed with celiac disease, I was on a short business trip to Fort Collins. I went to Sri Thai Restaurant for dinner, a few blocks west of Colorado State University. When I began to describe my dietary restrictions, the waitress said, "Would you like to see our gluten-free menu?"

They had a number of gluten-free entrees, and I learned from this menu that oyster sauce is NOT gluten-free, so it is not just soy sauce that should be avoided at Asian restaurants.

The next day, my business colleagues took me out to lunch, and they had decided to go to Sri Thai! I was very happy...

Is there a website to this place?

Thanks, Stef
