I have been using organic peanut butter, and i recently read on this forum that somebody used Jiffy Peanut Butter. Just wondering if Jiffy is gluten-free. Also any help would be apprecited concerning what Deli Meats are gluten-free. I stay away from the deli counter due to cross - contamination, but are there any packaged brands that are gluten-free.

I recently contacted Bacradi about their Rums. They called me back and stated that their Bacardi - Superior/Select/151/Gold and their Vanilla and Cocunut Rums are all gluten-free. If anybody is interested.

-thanks again,
-Joe

I've never found a peanut butter that has gluten. I'm not saying every single one in the world is gluten-free, but peanut butter is generally safe.

Many prepackaged sandwich meats are gluten-free. With Oscar Meyer all you have to do is read the ingredients. Any gluten will be clearly listed. All Hillshire Farm and Carl Buddig sandwich meats are gluten-free. Many Sara Lee. And on and on.
