I was just on the website for the series of Chicken Soup books and noticed that they take proposals for new book ideas. Does anyone think that a book like this would have enough interest? Is there a place for a 'warm & fuzzy' type book on this disease?

I thought it would be great if in the title it said Chicken Soup (Gluten Free) for the Celiac's Soul!

I think it's a great idea. I know that I would buy it. I could use any warm and fuzzy's I can get. Considering 1 in 133 people have Celiac, I think that there should be enough interest.

Sounds comforting. I'd buy one. I'm sure we wouldn't be the only ones.
