I called the kitchen manager a couple weeks ago, and went over the diet and ordered my dinner. Then she called me back a few days before the party to see what I could have for dessert.
When we got there she came out to ask if the chef could saute some mushrooms for me in butter and pure garlic. And of course I said yes. Anyway, my dinner came out with a small steak (medium), baked potato, bright green broccoli and a whole bunch of sauted button mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious and I've had not one single blister, or any digestive reactions!
What a wonderful evening with friends and good food!
