Does anyone have a recipe for peanut butter brownies like the 8 inch square pan that Kathy's Creation in Alliance Ohio makes???? They are soooo moist and yummy , I would like to be able to make them at home...

Here's a recipe that I found. I don't know of any reason why rice flour or one of the popular flour mixes wouldn't work. I'm sure there are many variations.

Peanut Butter Brownies

* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup oats
