I voted 100% to the recovery of my celiac disease. Now when I eat a meal, the food gives me energy, and when I have "not" eaten, I feel worse. I am now left with the clean up of the resulting problems from being sick for so long (arthritis, allergies, etc.). cool.gif

I was very fortunate to have caught it before any severe damage occured. It only took a month gluten-free to feel better and be able to eat without getting sick to my stomach. I have lots of extra energy, but my joints are very stiff and achy. The muscles feel like they are full of fluid. The doctor put me on 25 mg of Vioxx a day because blood test revealed the protein for ostearthritis. I have had this since I was 14 dry.gif . Ah, well. Cleaning up the body takes time!
