Anyone try Captain D's. I eat there with my little girl who has celiac disease. We have a friend that owns the resturant and he lets me go back and look at the ingredients. He also showed me how the broiler works. The broiled fish and shrimp are pre packed into individual pans and then ran through the broiler when ordered. Don't order it blackened, though. We also stay away from the fries, too much other stuff fried there. The vegis and the rice with the broiled platters also appear to be good.

I was lamenting just the other day that we could no longer eat at Cap'n D's. We might just try a couple of your suggestions next time we are on the road.
