Just read the ingredients hun. At Thanksgiving, my boss gives everyone pies, but gave me a turkey breast. His wife read ingredients at the store and found a turkey breast that stated gluten free on it--she also found a butterball that stated wheat flour on the ingreds----so, just read them to be safe and call the 800#--Deb

For Thanksgiving I got a fresh Butterball. It was delicious and that's what I'll be getting from now on. In addition to having nothing at all added to it, I liked the convenience of not having to thaw it--we picked it up the day before and it was ready to go. BTW--frozen, unstuffed Butterballs are gluten free. I verified that by phone. Of course any gravy packet included with any turkey would most likely be unsafe for us.
