While I love my doctor, he doesn't know much about Celiac. I would recommend him (he's also holisitic) but it's safe to assume at this point I know more then he does about gluten intolerence. I do work with a great dietician here in Ann Arbor, her daughter has Celiac and she's been a blessing. If you PM me, I'll send her name and number.
