Dh and I will be taking Shaye to Disney World for her very first time and I have heard that they are excellent about catering to special dietary needs. I wondered if anyone here had some suggestions or pointers for us to maximize our time in Orlando and truly take advantage of eating out gluten-free. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!

We are approaching our long awaited trip to DisneyWorld ourselves, and about a month ago, I typed in "gluten free Disneyworld" in google and up popped tons of suggestions of places to eat there. All through each park, and incuding the restraunts in the hotels. It was the most comprehensive list I have seen.
