The small town we will be living in (if I can ever get my house ready and sold) only has a Western Sizzlin' Steak house, not a Ryan's or Golden Corral. I contacted them this week for a gluten-free list.

Each WS is franchise owned and is allowed to set up their own menu and use their own recipes, so you have to check with each one separately. The contact person was unable to provide me with even the information on the recipe for their spices that go on the steaks. The call was most helpful in that it assured me that they are not aware of gluten and have no real corporate policies for handling foods in their restaurants.

Guess we will skip that one. I am wondering where on earth we will be able to eat in Moultrie, GA.
