I have not personally, but someone else mentioned that they use spelt in their supposedly "gluten-free" pizza crust.

that was me! Dont eat there- the pizza does use spelt flour and is in no way gluten free

On the show they said she had a spelt crust, yes, but also a rice flour crust and a whole wheat one. On her menu the rice flour one is not listed. Maybe she got ride of it.
