I would highly recommend getting all their tests - gluten, casein, soy, yeast and egg. I did and was intolerant to everything but egg. It wasn't until I cut all those other food groups out that I started to feel good. All of those foods (and presumably others that Enterolab don't yet have tests for) are capable of causing the same IgA reaction (and therefore the same damage) that gluten does.
