In todays newspaper, there was an article about a lady in Minnesota who started a gluten-free store after she was diagnosed with Celiac. It has a good story to it.

Cool! Too bad that is not closer to me. But that is very neat that they did that! I have seen the diet used for children with Autism and they are usually gfcf and yes it def helps them! They are said to have the leaky gut syndrome.
