My husband is not good at reading labels so I have set up a certain area in the freezer, fridge and cabinet for food me and my daughter. Well I came home from work and my husband mentioned she had a ice cream sandwich! What??? He gave her a toffuti cutie that I must have missed in the freezer!! She got a horrible messy bm and her runny nose came back!! SO it was a good thing to show him that this is a necessary diet for her and it really showed me that she does have reactions to gluten! So even though I felt bad for her it was a kinda good thing.

Yes, it was a good thing in one way, hopefully it teaches your husband the importance of learning to read labels!
Poor little girl, daddy needs to be educated.
