I've contacted the company but dd really wants to try it and I'm waiting for a reply. Does anyone know if the Tapioca Perals are gluten free? The only ingredient listed is Organic Tapioca so I assume that it would be OK. However, I'm a little parinoid about taking chances!!

I think its Edward and Sons that either makes or distributes that brand. Search Edward and Sons on google, they have a list of their gluten free items online.

Thanks, I looked on their website but I didn't see it. I think it's a new product that they're producing. I just got my new "Living Without" magazine and they have an advertisement that says, it's gluten free and dairy free. If I find out something different I be sure to post it.

btw...I think they're making tapioca granules and starch as well. I'm really excited about the tapioca starch because the brand I'm using now isn't organic.
