I was listening to the radio on my way home and they always have a little 5 minute session about food or wine, and today they talked about Cherry Brook Kitchen. They make gluten-free cake mixes. The lady on the radio said their Chocolate cake with Chocolate frosting is amazing!
Thought I would share that with you. Here is the link to their website.

Thanks for that! I saw them in Wild Oats and was wondering about them, I wonder if they're any good?
Maybe I'll pick one up and try it, but I've never had much luck with mixes

Well the lady on tha radio...not sure of her name...she's into fine dinning, wine, and stuff like that. She definatly knows what she's talking about. She went to a demo for Cherry Brook Kitchen and said she was impressed on how the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting tasted and she never would have thought that it was gluten free.
My husband is baking one for me for my bday. He is really excited about it. I'll let you know in a couple weeks how it was.

We have seen them several times at Super Target and I have never gotten them. I will try them sometime.

We use the chocolate cake mix alot, for both cake and cupcakes. They are quite good!! And they are dairy, egg, peanut and nut free too!!
Simple to make, it only takes oil, water, and vanilla.

I've tried the chocolate cake mix and wasn't impressed. It was edible, but very dry. I liked their sugar cookie mix, though. My B-da7 was Monday and my mom tried Pamela's choc. cake and it was amazing!!!! She made the rich recipe with fat free sour cream and it was great. I love the Cause You're Special brand yellow cake mix. We do cupcakes with it that are soooo good.

I've tried the sugar cookie mix and liked it as well. I used rice milk and Spectrum Organic Shortening to make them dairy and soy free as well as egg and gluten free......YUM!! I could go for some now.

I haven't seen their products anywhere around here, but was out of town and picked up a frosting mix. Anyone seen them online to buy?
