Full Version: Kraft South Beach Diet Frozen Dinner Maybe gluten-free?

Okay, I was just looking through ALL the recipes of Kraft foods and I think I may have actually found a frozen mainstream dinner that might be safe. Someone please help me out. I have no other allergies or sensitivities and (I know this sounds crazy) I'm dying to eat a real, live, normal TV dinner. I don't know why, I just am.

This is for a South Beach Diet frozen Savory Beef with Cheesy Broccoli:

I know there are about a million red flags in there, but doesn't Kraft pledge to openly list gluten as an ingredient. In several other recipes there were some questionable items and they all had parentheses with (derived from/may contain gluten). Is corn gluten safe? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would LOVE to be able to do convenient lunches again.

Other than having 30000000000000 ingredients, many unpronounceable, and the risk of cc, looks ok!

Be careful though, it is probably cross contaminated. Though I've never (knock on wood) been glutened by a Kraft product.

Kraft will clearly disclose gluten sources, and there are none in this case. Cross-contamination is always a risk, but experience has shown it to be extremely low. Kraft are very careful. I trust them without reservation. Enjoy.

I trust them, too. Kraft is one of the few mainstream companies that I have not had any problems with.

I ate the caprese chicken (something like that) with no problem. It tasted ok, it needed salt and I really don't salt things.
