Need help, im still new at this and Im starving! Just want to make sure i am understanding things right, I CAN have Jolly ranchers, heinz catsup, hard taco shells made from corn products. Im dying for tacos tonight. Does anyone know about blue corn tortilla chips? Thanks a bunch!

As far as the blue corn chips, just read the ingredients. I generally only buy chips with three ingredients (corn, oil, salt) because that's all that should be in tortilla chips, IMO.

Other useful things to keep you from starving....

Kraft, Unilever, General Mills, and other companies (I'm sure others will chime in) will clearly list gluten in their product statement, and the modified food starch with these companies is corn unless otherwise stated.

Delimex taquitos are gluten-free as well. smile.gif
