Rather it be from the wet stuff a co worker lift behind on the table that you tried to clean before siting or smelling something in the microwave, these red spots come up.YThe co workers don't come to ask you questions about why you have the bumbs.Thay go to the boss and complain. How do you explain something that sounds crazy and make him or her see this as an allergey? Some bosses would understand and let it go.But other may see DH and celiac disease as something you made up and''Give you time to''get your act together or your fired''.How do you controll somthing that controlls you?Celiac is just as hard to explain.''Why don't you want to eat this.....''You try to make co workers/bosses think your not hert by the smart things they say and do behind your back. But do you realy want to die or lose a job?

Get a note from your doctor. They will be legally bound to deal with it at that point. (Also try adding some printed out medical documentation on it.)

If you are in the US, and work for a large enough employer, invoke your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. You may be better off speaking with someone from HR who should be more able to accommodate you.
