Yay!!! It will be the first one to open here in MN and it will be only 10 min away from me! I have never shopped there but have heard it is great! Can you get a lot of gluten-free stuff there? Is it reasonably priced? For those Minnesotans on the board it is due to open this spring in St. Louis Park! I am so excited!!

There isn't lots of gluten-free specialty stuff, because they primarily carry their own brand, but a lot of what they carry is gluten-free as well. What I like is that I can get good quality stuff - without stupid additives - at reasonable prices. It's where I stock up on Almond Breeze and Imagine Broths.

I just tried some of their own brand of Wheat/Gluten free (also casein free) banana waffles....much better than the Van's gluten free ones. I think they might have had other waffle flavors, but I only got this one. Very mild banana flavor, but great texture and toasted up great! I also get some Thai things there...Pad Thai mixes, stuff like that. I didn't find a whole lot of specifically gluten free foods there, though. They have a gluten free list of foods they carry, usually on a rack near the doors. But there are actually more things than they have on the list, so it's not really that all inclusive. THey have a good mayonnaise that I learned about from my mom, by the way.

I wish we had them up here. I have a friend in San Fran who always tells me about the good stuff he buys in Trader Joes. He has even tried the gluten-free stuff in case I get to go back down to San Fran. He told me it is good stuff.
