There's modified food starch and I can't find it online. Has anyone used it? Actually, reading the ingredients is kinda scary.... full of junk. Well, if you know, please let me know. In the meantime, I'm going to see if I can figure out how to make lemon gloop the old fashioned way. I have a lemon tree with about 50 lemons on it right now, so that may be the healthier way to go anyway.

I just called Birds Eye which makes Comstock and Wilderness pie fillings (formerly "Thank You" brand) and ALL their pie fillings are GLUTEN FREE. They use corn starch. YEA!
