Does anyone know of any doctors that specialize in celiac disease? In Oregon? My family doctor told me last week that I know more about celiac disease than she does. Do I need a celiac disease doctor? Or with my family doctor ordering what tests I ask her too combined with my gastro doctor doing the endoscopy/biopsy enough? I feel like I would like to at least talk to a doctor that has other celiac patients at some point...possibly driving to Porland Oregon or Seattle. Does anyone know of any doctors in those areas or if they even exist at all?
