I was told by ppl on gluten-free boards it has gluten, this is the email I just recieved..it does say "regular" charcoal..and they have about 6 different kinds..so who knows?

Write them back and ask, "given that you have approximately 6 different types of charcoal, can you please give the gluten-free status of the 5 that you failed to address?" . . . .Lynne

due to the fact that it is a cooking supply product, and not a food product, I would also specify that you wnat to know whether it contains any wheat, rye, barley, or oat products or their derivitaves!!
