I was looking at taking a cruise, either to europe or the caribbean....i saw that they have a medical form, which u can let them know in advance that you need gluten free meals...which is awesome! But i was wondering if anyone else has been...and how its been?

Holland America knows what Celiac is and they treat you like royalty...forget Celebrity, they are dreadful to deal with, they don't know what Celiac is and really don't care.
