Planning a road trip in June and need to have back up options for the four days spent in the car. I found theses at one of the gluten-free on line stores. Has any one tried them? I don't want to make a habit out of eating these but are they good enough for one or two meals?

They're OK. Nothing special, not awful either. If you're a big eater, they're not very large portions, but you could supplement with a salad.

Also, according to the website the meals are soy free and No MSG.

WOW--assuming they taste half-decent, what a great option for overseas plane trips!!!!!!! (And any other kind of extended travel...)

I've tried the My Kind of Chicken, Chicken and Black Beans and Chicken Mediterranean. I thought they were good. I keep a few of them in my desk drawer at work for when I really don't feel like bringing in lunch. They only take 2 minutes in the microwave.

I buy them individually from Gluten Free Pantry website. You can also go to the My Own Meals website and purchase them. They have more flavors than GFP.
