I know it's bad for you in general, but is Corn Syrup any easier to digest then whole corn?

Dreyer's Fruit Bars have corn syrup in them and I need a treat sometimes. rolleyes.gif

Hi Jami,

That's really an individual thing. The only way to know how you'll react (or if) is to try it and see what happens.

Not very scientific, but it works wink.gif

Corn syrup is not a gluten concern, unless you have a corn concern. smile.gif Hope this is the answer that you wanted.

I think I have a problem w/ corn. I'm back to a very restricted diet and haven't done a corn challenge lately. I was just wondering if people who don't tolerate whole corn are able to tolerate corn syrup since it is broken down into simple sugars (I think)?
