I'd really like to try taking a probiotic daily to see if it helps some of my lingering symptoms, as I'm pretty much convinced I have a problem with candida (as I did way before my celiac diagnosis). However, I need it to be gluten-free, soy free, and dairy free, and I found one that seems to be so: Kyo-dophilus. Has anyone taken this before? Any comments, good or bad?

Thanks for any help anyone has!

Although the company states it is gluten free if you go to the companies website they make it clear it isn't.
