I sent an email the other day asking about gluten content in their food. The letter I recieved back today said that "due to their ever changing menu and recipes" they couldn't tell me what was gluten free or not. They would be happy to give me the ingredient list for specific items if I request them individually. (But that the recipe for that item could change at any time without notice) So nuts. I like Friendly's! No more!

They probably don't want people getting the list and using it to choose from and then they change something in the ingredients. Some people might not know they should check every time they go rather than just getting one list and using it every time. Last I heard, their hamburgers, no bun of course, are gluten free as are their hotdogs. I thought someone said the fries too but I can't be sure of that. We have eaten their many times and my son has always done fine.
