Just wanted to say that I found another restaurant with a gluten-free menu (just ask at the door): Wagamama in Boston. It's a UK chain, so there may be some elsewhere as well. They do asian noodles and soups, and the Wagamama I went to is in Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall.
