Has anyone ever tried to make gluten-free samosas? My husband's mother was from India and we both really liked the samosas she used to make, so I'd like to figure out how to make gluten-free ones.
If anyone can give me some ideas for dough recipes, I'd appreciate it.

It's not authentic at all, but I use Chebe mix sometimes to make "samosas" - wrap the filling up like a turnover and then bake.
If anyone has suggestions for something that would be flakier more like a real samosa, I'd love to see that too!
