I just went to Stonefire Pizza in New Berlin and it is a thumbs up! I thought that it was a national chain, but after a little research found out that it is a part of the White Hutchison corporation model of family entertainment centers. So others might have a location similar to this, but it will be called something different.
Anyway, it is an awesome place, similar to Chuck E Cheese, but much better! Nicer clientale, more staff, lots of play options for the kids. The buffet does not have a lot to offer a celiac except a salad bar, but they also have an Asian bar with citrus rice and sweet and sour pork that is gluten-free. The head chef, Shaun made me my own beef and broccili that was gluten-free since the soy sauce they use has wheat in it. He was very accomodating and professional. We went with another family and I was glad to not need to make a deal out of my diet and be able to feel satisfied as well. So if you have kids, I would suggest a trip out here.
They also have a mommy and me playtime for $3 a kid and $5 for adults weekday mornings from 9:30-11 am.
Here's their website:

Since this is pretty new to me, I am so happy when I can just feel like a normal person when it comes to eating out and not feel excluded!
