I've recently been diagnosed with celiac (biopsy and blood test), I actually asked for the blood test after I found out I was severely iron anemic. My regular doctor doesn't really know what else (other vitamen deficiencies) to test me for, what else should I have checked? I asked to be tested for D and B and they were fine, but I want to check anything else that might be off, and I can't see the celiac doctor for months.

Thanks!

Hmm, odd that he would say he doesn't know what else to test you for. There is a specific panel that tests for enzyme levels, etc in your blood. It would include B12, iron, D, etc.
