I take B Complex vitamins as suggested by my doctor. I've only been gluten free for about four months, so I'm still adjusting. I took a look at my bottle of vitamins and it says they contain wheat!
Do you guys know of any good B Complex vitamin out there that is gluten free?

Thank you!!!

I take a muti-vitamin group which incorporates all the essential vitamins and minerals. It has all the B complex vitamins. There are 6 morning and 6 night vitiamins that I take everyday in this group. I love them, they have given me more energy in just a few weeks then I have had over the last few months. I am also sleeping better than I have over the last 2 years. The vitamins are also gender specific, so men have their own, and women have their own. ( Of course they are gluten free! )
There is a Super Food Antioxident blend that has a ORAC value of 8,000 units per day!
