Do sodas like coke and pepsi, the dark ones, contain gluten? It's just another one of the many pieces I'm trying to put together on the diet. I used to really live on coca cola. I was so tired all the time that I needed large doses of caffine to keep me awake. I drink alot more water now but still like my coke. Also is koolaid gluten free?

The sodas made by the Coca-Cola company and by Pepsi are gluten-free. Caramel coloring is not something you need to worry about. Not every product from these companies is gluten-free, but the carbonated beverages are safe.

Koolaid is made by Kraft, so any gluten would be clearly listed.

Yep! Sugar Free Grape Kool Aid. Yum. Now if we could only get diet grape soda here in Denver. I have to ship it back (Faygo brand) from the mid west when I go there for work. Seriously.

Many of the name brand sodas are gluten free. I would watch maybe for the off brands unless you call the companies but I have found many sodas and juice drinks to be gluten free
