I think I am allergic to corn, soy and/or eggs. I was wondering if anyone has lists for the "hidden" names for these ingredients. I have googled it and have had no such luck. I am looking for a list similar to the one on this site about "Forbidden Foods on the Gluten Free Diet." I don't know if this sort of thing even exists, but just thought I'd try.

Also, does anyone have a list for dairy names too? I know I'm allergic but I have never found a list.

Some people just have trouble with corn in large quantities (corn, corn syrup)....others have trouble with minute amounts (esp. if you are truly allergic, IgE). Here is a good site: http://www.cornallergens.com/list/corn-allergen-list.php

Its much worse than gluten. That's why I added the caveat that some people can do some, others can't do any.
