I have seen corn gluten listed several times, does anyone know if this is safe?

When we say gluten here, we are always referring to gluten in wheat, rye, barley, etc. However, gluten actually encompasses the proteins in many more ingredients, such as corn. Simply, Deb is right: corn gluten is safe.
