I would make sure that you have information about your blood levels from your last blood test, where can you purchase gluten free products, is there someone who can be a mentor for a few months until your get used to your new way of life, when is your next endoscopy? Blood work up? do your children (if you have children).

What part of Wyoming are you from? I grew up in Buffalo, went to college in Casper and Laramie. I now live in Michigan. It's neat to see someone from Wyoming on this site.
