The doctor told me to take calcium. What is the best gluten free ones to take?
AndreaB
We currently take a chewable one that Wild Oats sells. I can get the name if you have a Wild Oats you shop at nearby.

Freeda brand is gluten free.

I don't have a Wild Oats nearby. I'm in Michigan. Thank you

I take the rainbow light 'food based calcium' as it's 500mg calcium each (about as much as you can absorb), 2:1 calcium to magnesium ratio (important for utilization of calcium) and has sufficient vitD (in the more available D3 form) as well.
