Yes, several. If I remember correctly, you can get a list of the gluten-free flavors in the store.

Have them wash the scoop in fresh water. If you get mix-ins, ask them to wipe the marble clean first.

Or have them mix it in a cake circle. That way they don't have to clean the marble.
