Here's the thing. I CANNOT afford the whole panel. I can only afford ONE of these--

1. Transglutaminase
2. Fecal fat score
3. Antigliadin

If you had to choose one to get, which one is the most important of all three.

Please don't tell me to scrape up some money for the panel. If I could I really would. We are just barely making it right now. The $99 dollars is going to be tough enough. I saved up $50 from doing a few things for my mom. Any help with which test?

Thanks,

The first one you mentioned that test for ttg. That is the one i would do.

I wouldn't do any of them. If you feel better not eating gluten, then just assume that's your problem and spend the money on new pans, or a bread machine for yourself or some other thing that will help you get healthy instead of confirming what you already know.

That's just it. I want to do this because I am not sure. I have eliminated dairy and my previous symptoms are coming back. Bloating, constipation, irritability etc. I want to know if this is my problem so I am not eating gluten-free in vain. I feel the way I did before going gluten-free and I haven't changed anything. So I would like to know through one of these tests.

Then I'd go with Paula's suggestion. The TtG is most likely to give you usable results.
