Hi, I'm nineteen years old and just diagnosed with celiac disease. I can't find maltodextrin on any of the good or bad lists of ingredients, can you help me out - thanks

In the U.S. maltodextrin is OK (except possibly in medications, although I've nver found one that's a problem). Despite its name, maltodextrin does not have malt or dextrin.
