Hi! I live in Shanghai and my husband has wheat allergies. It's been pretty challenging maintaining a strict gluten-free diet especially when it comes to eating out. We try to cook as much as we can but it's also pretty challenging finding all the right ingredients and all. I started a blog recently to share a few recipes I've managed with all the ingredients I've found here. Will share more about our experience living gluten-free in Shanghai/China.
