I have recently done a food allergy test and found that I am sensitive to brewer's yeast. I know that it is in beer and wines but was also told to look for it in condiments. The only problem is, what do I look for? I have never seen "brewers yeast" listed as an ingredient so I am assuming it is hidden under another name. Does anyone have any tips or ideas? I really appreciate it!!
