Wondering if anyone has had success making a gluten-free/cf cookie pie crust using crushed cookies??

What did you use in place of the butter?

Spectrum Spread?

Oil?

Ghee?

And has it been verified that ghee is cf??


Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
