Offer up anything you can that you know is gluten free because I'm going to the health food and the grocery store tomorrow and would like to start a multivitamin. (My doctor wants me to start with a kids dose because my body over reacts to every medication and I'm already on a lot of meds a day.)

Anyway, any brands that are for sure gluten free, please?

Thanks guys!!!

I take Rainbowlight Healthy Family Multivitamin Powder. It is a powder so is easily absobrbed and since it's a powder, the dosage can be adjusted. It has instructions on the label for kids and adult dosages. and comes with a measuring scoop inside. If the healthfood store carries their brand but not that specific product they may order it for you at no additional charge, mine does and it comes in quickly.

I give my son Yummi Bears(they are gummies) but when I take them I don't feel like I get as much benefit.

We take GummyVites. They say gluten free right on the jar. smile.gif They're really tasty too, just like a gummy bear!

If you have a Costco near you, the Kirkland brand children's multivitamin says gluten-free right on the bottle.

Thanks! I really didn't want a gummy vitamin because I just want to swallow it and be done with it but all the children's versions were gummy or chewable, I found one by "Rainbow Light" called "Active Health TEEN" so it has a smaller dose and says gluten free on the bottle.

Hopefully I'll start feeling better soon.
