Many of Dairy Queen ice cream treats are gluten free. For some birthdays at work they get the ice cream cakes. I kept looking at them thinking if they didn't crush up those cookies and put them in the middle layer with the fudge, it would be gluten free. The owner is a customer where I work, so I asked to have a special order one for my grandson's birthday. I just did chocolate ice cream on the bottom, then a layer of fudge and crushed pecans, and a layer of vanilla ice cream. I didn't do the rice paper fancy type because I wasn't sure that would be safe. They also have some gluten free blizzards, but you then have the chance of CC.
