Does anyone know a source for gluten-free pita bread? I just returned from six months in the UK, and they have wonderful pita bread in their supermarkets...I really miss it. I couldn't find any in the online gluten-free stores. Thanks.

The only one I know of is Gluten Free Gourmet Solutions. I haven't tried it yet, but know it is available at Nature's Temptations in Cross River. I couldn't find a site for the product itself, but attached is a link to the store. Maybe they can ship you the bread. I've heard it is good; and have been meaning to try it.
