I did a search, and couldn't find much. I want a recipe for bread that is like the gluten-free Pantry's. It is so good, and my kids love it, but we can't afford it! We have 4 kids, and I can't keep this bread around! I have given up on my other recipe because I jsut can't make it work.
So, does anyone have a recipe that calls for: white rice flour, brown rice flour, brown sugar, corn starch, powdered milk, etc? Those are some of the ingredients listed on the box.
I hope someone has a recipe like this!!

I really want to know too! We have 4 kids as well and this bread making is getting expensive. There must be a cheaper alternative. I'll be watching for the replies.

http://www.twinvalleymills.com/This is a link to the bread that I make weekly for my daughter. It is a modified Bette Hagman recipe. Maybe you could use it as a base and subsitute brown sugar for the white sugar, rice flour for the sorghum flour, etc.
I use Vance's Dari-free and subsitute for the eggs. I'm also putting a little bit of flax seed into it. I also preheat my oven to 200* and put the bread in the oven to rise, then turn it off for about 20 minutes to let it rise. Then I kick the oven back on to 400* and bake for about 20 minutes.
Hope it works for you!
